FAQ
Here are a few frequently asked questions/comments we receive:
Remove my name off your site now! I keep losing jobs and job interviews because of a story you published about me.
First of all, we apologize our SEO efforts are better than everyone else’s so that our story comes up at the top of search results for your name.
Second, we use publicly available information and do our best to report accurately only the information given to us. We remove only information that is incorrect.
We will not delete stories because it stops you from getting a job. We will delete a story only if it is not factual. If you think any of our stories have incorrect information, send us an email. Our editorial team will review the information you send us and make a decision on what to edit, if anything.
Finally, if the other news outlets haven’t deleted your story, there’s a good chance we won’t either.
It’s spelled marijuana, idiots!
It sure is. It’s also spelled marihuana. In fact, that is the spelling the RCMP, Health Canada, and many Canadian police departments use, and it is the spelling used in Schedule II of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
You’re welcome.
Our band is coming to Lethbridge. Can you do a story on us?
Absolutely. Just send us your release, and be sure to include high-res photos and a link to your website.
