It will be a problem as long as their operations keep targeting the low level marijuana dealers. I am not to sure the last time they took down a heroin ring, meth operation or something that will clean up the city. These 11 month investigations into kids with pelet guns and 2500 dollars cash isn’t cleaning up anything.
