Economic Development Lethbridge will host Startup Canada on June 7 and 8. Lethbridge is one of four Alberta cities taking part in the tour that will bring entrepreneurs together in a collective environment to identify issues, share ideas, and develop solutions that will contribute to a shared vision for Canada’s entrepreneurial future.

Startup Canada is an entrepreneur-led, national movement to enhance the nation’s competitiveness and prosperity through entrepreneurship. Its national tour is travelling coast to coast to engage over 25,000 Canadians and 250 partner organizations through a series of town hall meetings and fringe events, and to develop community-driven solutions to challenges facing entrepreneurs today.

Startup Canada’s Lethbridge activities include a kick-off ceremony and media event, community reception and a region-wide town hall session targeting all levels of entrepreneurs.  A full event listing is featured on the Startup Canada website.
